I tried this Vegan Flourless Cookie recipe and these cookies are amazing

This Vegan Flourless Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe by TwoSpoons has been my go to recipe for weekly meal prep. Today I will break down my process with cooking these delicious Vegan Flourless Cookies and the particular ingredients and tools I use to pull this recipe off the easy lazy way.


  1. Almond Flour (3 cups)
  2. Unsweetened coconut flakes (1 cup)
  3. Baking Powder (1 tsp)
  4. Ground Chia (You can buy regular Chia Seeds and pop them in your high speed blender) (2 tbsp)
  5. Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)
  6. Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
  7. Mega Chunks Semi-Sweet Chocolate (1 cup)
  8. Coconut Oil (1/3 cup, melted)
  9. Maple Syrup (1 cup)


  • Two Baking Sheets
  • Parchment Paper
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Cookie Scooper
  • 1 Cup Measuring
  • 1/3 Cup Measuring
  • 1 TBSP
  • 1 TSP
  • 1/2 TSP 

Let's get started!

1. Preheat Oven to 350F/175C

*Tip: If you don't have ground chia seed, you can put regular chia seed in a high speed blender and make your own powder.

2. Combine and mix dry ingredients

4. Add Coconut Oil

5. Add Maple Syrup

6. Mix

7. Scoop

8. Flatten Cookie Mix

9. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Depending on your oven it may take longer.
Mine took 20 minutes
